GD6102

GD6102 Gas Flow Purity Analyzer

Product description

A sensor system that measures the H2 flow rate and purity at pressure release valve of the circulatory system.

Product description

GD6102 is a sensor system that measures the H2 flow rate and purity at pressure release valve of the circulatory system.

Feature

  • Dual parameter integrated detection and uploading.
  • It supports simultaneous measurement of the leakage concentration and instantaneous flow of hydrogen and displays the accumulative amount of hydrogen discharge.
  • It supports simultaneous data uploading of the concentration, flow and cumulative values to DCS.
  • Accurate measurement and long-term reliability.
  • Purity measurement range of H2: 0~20%, solved the problem of not able to measure after the concentration of hydrogen leakage exceeds 4%.
  • The purity detection unit adopts a unique temperature control design to ensure stable measured value at “Zero” and throughout the full range, preventing the results from changes in ambient temperature.
  • It uses an advanced water-resistant mini flowmeter featuring small pressure loss, large measuring range, and high reliability.

Technical parameter

  • Flow measuring range: (60~1000) dm3/h
  • Purity measuring range: (0~20)% H2
  • Flow measuring accuracy: ±2.0% FS (standard state)
  • Purity measuring accuracy: ±2.0% FS (standard state)
  • Working state gas pressure: (0~0.4) MPa
  • Secondary instrument (integrator) output: (4~20) mA
  • Switch output: 4xSPDT, 250V AC 5A
  • Pipeline size: DN15 (22×3)
  • Sensor guard level: IP65
  • Explosion-proof sign: Exd ia IIC T4 Ga
